Product introduction: flame retardant for polyester finishing process is a high-efficiency phosphate flame retardant. High phosphorus content and good water solubility. The product can be used for building, curtain and automobile interior cloth. It is especially suitable for flame retardant treatment of polyester, polyester cotton blend, acrylic lotion and PU coating adhesive. The treated textile has permanent and washable flame retardant function.
Application example: flame retardant treatment of polyester and polyester cotton fabrics:
Pretreatment: due to the poor water absorption of pet, it is best to carry out an alkali treatment before flame retardant finishing, so as to improve the water absorption of polyester fabric, ensure the uniformity of liquid, and help to improve the flame retardant effect.
Methods: NaOH: 20-30g / L, pretreatment temperature: 100 ℃, treatment time: 45 ± 15 minutes
Flame retardant finishing: please adjust the flame retardant concentration according to the gram weight of the fabric.
Formula: Polyester finishing process flame retardant: 60-150g / L, use 15 ± 5% NaOH solution to adjust the flame retardant pH to 5-6.5
Preparation of working solution: first add a small amount of soft water, then add the required amount, fully stir and dissolve, drop 10-20% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, check the pH value at any time, stop adding when it reaches 6.5, and dilute it with water to the required weight or volume. The configured working fluid should be used as soon as possible, otherwise it can be used only after the pH value is adjusted to 6.5.
General proportioning: according to the demand, the industrial solution of flame retardant for polyester finishing process shall be between 15-30% according to different flame retardant requirements.
Process flow: two dipping and two rolling (rolling liquid rate 60-70%) → drying (100-120 ℃ / 1-2min) → baking (190-195 ℃ / 1-2min) → 45 ℃ hot water washing → cold water washing → drying
Features and advantages: 1 High thermal stability and little influence on the hand feel of the finished fabric;
2. Low volatility and good compatibility with most polymer compounds;
3. The color change of the fabric after flame retardant treatment is very small during dyeing;
4. The washing resistance is good, and the fabric can still maintain bright color after washing.
