As with the general arrangement, the water is diluted and dispersed with water, and the working liquid (pad) with the required concentration is adjusted, and the prebake treatment is done after the dip.
Employ pad fluid (spell with resin and other finishing agent) to prepare all of water about half of the water, according to the resin and other finishing agent manufacturers recommend, add a spell with the resin and other finishing agent after stirring well. After using the same amount of water to dilute the waterproofing agent, add the remaining water to adjust the total amount, and stir the solution evenly in the tank. (avoid intense agitation)
The water proofing agent is stable, and there is hardly any problem of resin bonding and sticking. If isopropyl alcohol (1-3%) or stabilizer S(0.02-0.03%) is added to the pad, the stability of the pad can be further improved and the resin bond can be prevented.
Leaching: 40-70% (according to different fabric, specific consulting my company's technology department.
Drying: 110 ℃ for 1 minute
Baking: 170 ℃ for 1 minute
[usage]
The usage of waterproof and oilproof agent varies with the requirements of performance, generally:
Nylon 10-40 g/liter cotton fabric 30-70 g/l.
Polyester/cotton fabric 20-50g/litre polyester fabric 10-30g/l.
[precautions]
1. Avoid direct light and keep it indoors.
2. Close the lid of the tank after use to avoid product evaporation or mixing.
3. Although there is no strong toxicity to the human body, please avoid entering the eye or touching the skin.
