The anti-tearing tension agent is a kind of environmental fabric elastic finishing agent. The fabric after treatment by the anti-tearing agent is not only of high elasticity. The fabric has high tensile strength, fullness, elasticity, and high resistance to flexure. It can improve the color fastness and brightness, and the processing cost is low.

Product features

Application methods
1. Formulation; Tensile strength 3-5%.
PH value adjusted to 6.0~7.0 (working fluid)
2. Process:
Two dip two rolling (rolling rate of more than 60 ~ 80%) to drying (90 ℃ ~ 110 ℃), baking (160 ℃, 1-2 min)
Matters needing attention
1. Before the use of this product, the fabric shall be thoroughly washed to be neutral and have excellent permeability.
2. Prior to the production of any occasion, the pre-test shall be conducted.
Storage, packing and transportation.
1, storage: 10 ~ 20 ℃ can deposit a year, more than 38 ℃ for three months, frozen.
2. Packing: packed in plastic drum, net weight of 125kg/ pail.
3. Transportation: transport by non-dangerous goods.
