Environmental protection resin is a synthetic resin with hydroxymethyl activity more early shrinkage, low free formaldehyde content, mainly used for the durable stereotypes finishing of textiles, is widely used for cotton, linen, wool, silk and chemical fiber blended fabric preshrunk crease resistant finishing.

Product features

Application methods
Reference process formula :(can be used routinely)
Padding method:
Resin (150-200 - g/L
Resin crosslinked agent 15-25 g/L.
Softener 0-50 g/L.
Penetrant 1-3 g/L.
More than two dip two rolling at room temperature (rolling rate 80%) - drying (100 ℃) - baking (130 ℃, 30 ~ 60 s)
Storage, packing and transportation.
1. Storage: store in a cool ventilated place (4 ~ 40 ℃ temperature), the product is valid for 6 months, if there is a little precipitation, can be filtered to remove before use.
2. Packaging; In plastic drum (lined with plastic bags), net weight is 140kg/ pail.
3. Transportation: this product is transported by non-dangerous goods.
